Sarah Chang & Vincent Soberano

Everybody has a story, and here's one unplanned adventure into real estate investing and development. Their first foray in real estate investment was in 2017 when Vincent and Sarah bought 2.3 hectares of farm and beach land in San Vicente, Palawan. This opened their eyes (and hearts) to the prospect of entrepreneurship in the real estate world. As a background, Sarah and Vincent are career filmmakers. Sarah is an American-born Taiwanese actress and international film producer who studied at the prestigious Central Academy of Drama in Beijing, China. Vincent is a Philippine-born filmmaker who studied Film and Television at San Diego State University in California, USA. Both of them met at the Jackie Chan Stunt Team Training Center in Beijing, and eventually worked together in an international film that Vincent was directing and producing in the Philippines. Fast forward to several films, marriage, and a family together based in Taipei and in Manila. A film that Vincent was directing brought him to the Clark area where he stayed with a friend at the exclusive Pulu Amsic Subdivision in Angeles City. The progress, infrastructure, and quality of life in the Clark, Angeles City area immediately appealed to him and he brought his wife Sarah and their family to the area. That same year, they bought a house there. Opportunities for real estate investments quickly opened up and in 2023, Chang Soberano Real Estate Corporation came to fruition as the husband-wife team went on an aggressive acquisition trail for top-tier homes and condominiums in the area. They now manage several rental properties here. To date, they are focusing on building their first mixed-use residential/commercial building in Angeles City, the first of many.
